licensing requirements help

If we have license of Microsoft Visual Studio for developing some project. Then is there a need of some special licensing requirements to be met and license to be given to the customer after developing a project in Microsoft Studio and to give that project to the customer i.e. is there any requirement for project developer to be given to customer for license regarding the software.
