MLS Database
Is there a universal database that everyone can use. I am trying to create a real estate site and someone told me that there is a MLS database and that I just need to figure out how to use it. Is it free for anyone to use? Also, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Nope, only agents can access a MLS database and they are specific to each local realtor association as far as I know.
