Need Advice/Opinions on forming a group of programmers

Hello,

This actually my first post, so I'll start by simply saying hello to everyone!

So, basically I am trying to form a small group of programmers and like minded people that is centered around the Kinect SDK.

If anyone has any advice on the best way to accomplish this (I already have a website and forum), it would be most appreciated.
