Need To Sell Websites, any help?
Hello!

I have two websites: URL and URL and I would like to sell them.

What is the best way to do it? Can anyone help me for comission from sales?

well before anyone would buy a website they really need to have solid information proving how much traffic the site gets so they can figure out from that how much it is worth.

Looking at the Be-IT forums... most ever online 48 users... and no posts for past 30 days in the Perl and PHP forum. Doesn't look like the site gets much traffic at all to be honest.

For the find-your-love.com site I would want to know how many users you have and how active people are, ie how often people come back to the site and again how much traffic.

I would say you also need to provide some sound evidence of how much they have made to date, and a record of this over time. I don't see anyone parting with $35,000 without having this info supplied.

Ok how about my website if I want to sell it can I sell it for $350 dollars.

the website comes with the domain: www.computertutorials.org

the domain is available for another 284 days.

The website is hosted on a standard shared hosting package from frandt.com

the website hosting will expire on the 14 of next month

as far as how much money the website makes is not much I have made $40 so far in 1 month with google adsense. Its not much but its better then nothing lol.

website also comes with all the tutorials and the right to do whatever you wish with the tutorials. total 11 tutorials.

website also comes with all its source.


my website gets an average of 12.56 visitors per day
My website gets an average of 1003.72 hits per day
