Your guidance for a business
Hi everyone,
I want to start my own business from scratch which will be at a small scale initially and then i can take more risk to grow it up. So what i plan is for a business that is related to computer hardwares & networking as i m bit know to hardwares. Can anyone suggest me with which part of hardware can i start the business. I m thinking of Optical fiber manufacturing or a Memory chips, but doubt that it is not possible to start it on a small scale (i.e it mite require a large investment) or if i can do it then from where can i get a proper guidance for it. Any suggestions !!! Last edited by tbankar : December 28th, 2007 at 07:18 AM. |

To manufacture memory chips? Yeah it's a bit of investment. How many tens of millions do you have to play with?

Quote:
You probably shouldn't start a business if you are not intimately familiar with the ins-and-outs of it. What do you like to do? What are your hobbies? Take that and start a business from it. Don't decide to start a business and then try to think of an industry. Think of an industry FIRST that your business can have an impact in... and THEN start it.

Since you don't exactly have the millions of dollars to start out with (assumed from your original post) contact a business agent via the web. Or you can come to the U.S. and talk to any local business developer. It's free and a easy way to get started or at least get started learning on what it will take.
