Newsletter email often gets bounced back as spam
Hi all,

My company sends out a newsletter email once a month. Many people subscribe to this service by using Hotmail accounts. However, even though they have subscribed, the newsletter email often gets bounced back as spam. Can anyone suggest some ways to get around this problem.

Many times it's due to the fact their mailbox has reached the quota limit. We've seen this problem many times. It helps if you post the exact response sent back back why the email failed.
