NHL Team Names

I was thinking last night about creating an online game which would work a lot like pro-line (Ontario sports betting - http://proline.olgc.ca/). Except it wouldn't use real money, just sort of a what if - how well do I really know the game, without wasting a paycheck to find out. And you could play 3x a day, having running totals, etc.

What do you think I could get away with?
The full (logos, city & team name) would probably be the hardest.

But what about just the city or the team name?

They can't stop me from saying Toronto.

But I would also have to use all of the real game scores to determine if the ticket was a winner or not.

Do you think I could an email to NHL.com confirming there would be links back to their site for every team? Or would I have to register as a partner and pay big fees? Thanks.
