Niche JV promotions

I have released new link building tool (tool is great - within 1 month I managed to kick off a bunch of old dwellers in link bulding niche).

Now I see my tool is ready for the big ocean waters

Nothing new, big sales comes from big JVs when someone makes a good word of a mouth on the koupla-zouzands' base.

Can you recommend some good JVers that have list of people with web sites or people who help others to build web sites or plan to make web sites - I think only those who need seeing the sites with good SERPs need my kind of tool.
