Online Bill Paying
Shortly I may begin developement of a site which will include online bill payments for customers. I am just wondering if anyone knows any good ways to go about this or sites to go through. All I know of so far is PayPal so Im hoping someone can give me some more ideas and options so I can find the best fit for me. Thanks

stick with paypal, but you also have egold, and storm-pay... but i prefer paypal

i've seen ewalletxpress.com, (ewallet, 900pay) using one's chequing/checking account or billed to their phone number.
other chequing/checking payment systems:
firepay.com
neteller.com

other online bill payment
usemybank.com

fraud exists in all systems, even paypal. I'd recommend any additional online bill payment system since in order to pay the money it has to already exist in the account rather than other forms of payment. This means zero chargebacks for you (good)

please note that online bill payment is different than chequing/checking. In a checking request, the funds might not be there at the end of the banking cycle, causing eventual chargebacks and lost revenue, whereas bill payment can't even begin unless the funds already exist in the account.
