Outsourced Support - Legal Discussion

I have been talking with some friends about starting an outsourced technical support business, and it's looking very promising. While I'm not so concerned about the business model itself, I am concerned about any legal issues with it.

I've been working on outlining the idea, and my "Legal Preparation" section current looks like this:

Code:
 3.Legal Preparation
 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
	*	Liability Release
	*	Warranty Disclaimer
	*	Refunds
	*	Rights and Limitations
	*	Transfer of Account
	*	Account Termination
	*	Copyright
	*	Scope of Support
	*	Privacy

My goal is to expand on each point and eventually form an in-depth disclaimer/EULA of sorts, but I'm worried that there may be more points that I am missing.

Do you folks have any input on this particular topic? What sort of legal issues could arise from a technical support business, and what should I prepare for?
