Quickbooks invoices
Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to create an invoice in quickbooks without loading in any inventory items. I am trying to integrate quickbooks with an ecommerce site and creating invoices. So far it looks like quickbooks only creates invoices if item are pre-loaded into inventory. any suggestions. My alternative will be to create custom invoices in Access or Crystal Reports. Thanks Sean |

A customer of mine had the same problem, so I investigated. It doesn't seem to be possible. Lexmark support told me to create an empty article for this purpose and use this. You can overwrite all fields in the invoice form then. hth, M. PS: another alternative: PDF ![]()
