Do a search for Non-Disclosure Agreements. These types of agreements may include a provision stating that any work they create, produce, work on, etc, are the property of the company. Of course, keep in mind, that you may want to talk to a lawyer for something like this, as they will be able to legally tell you all the do's and dont's for a contract. Especially since laws vary from state to state. Anything you find online are samples, and not to be used for legal purposes. If you find a sample online that has a provision regarding this, and it sounds to your satisfaction, it may still be very beneficial to consult a lawyer. You don't want to have a programmer sign a contract, and to later find out that there's a loophole allowing the programmer to keep the program. Keep in mind, that if your concern is paying a lawyer to do this, it's well worth the cost. Most lawyers may even have a sample that is legally binding that he can email you. They get a lot of inquiries for these types of agreements, that they generally keep a template on hand. So you can estimate maybe an hour's worth of time for the lawyer.
