Sim card reseller?

Hi, firstly i'd like to apologise if this is in the incorrect catagoury.

I've just been sold a large qty of orange sim cards. They turn out to be about 20p/sim. The person I'm buying from claims to be an orange sim card reseller. He must be getting them at half the price. He also claims to be able to have upto 2,000 at a time ordered and dispatched to clients within 24 hours.

I'm just wondering where he's getting his sim cards from? Is he directly involved with orange? Are there any legit companys that you guys know of that do this?

Quite simply i'd like to cut out the middleman but as you know, nobody let's out there secret!
