Slander
If a website is slanderous, then what can a person do to get that website disabled?

I'm not a lawyer, but find the owner via a whois search. Then find a lawyer and see if they will sue. You can goto court and have an injunction filed that will force the website to remove the offending material or shutdown. Then you can sue for damages...

It's libel you're thinking of, not slander.
