Does anyone know where I can buy/get free a Software Source
Code purchase agreement contract?

I have purchased source code for an application and I want to
cover myself so that it is entirely mine according to our verbal agreement.

I want to cover that any donations, freebies, customer base, entire
source, Property rights are included with the contract and are entirely mine.
