starting with business
Hi,
After a long time I have finally put together a team for website development. We have put our website online and I mentioned everyone I know that we started with business. Last week I developed a website and I did it almost for free to get some reference. I would be very thankful if anyone of you could give me some advice for the best career beginning. Regards, Niko |

Doing things for free is a good way to get started. By doing that you can start to build yourself a portfolio which will help convince future clients that they want to do business with you. One thing I recommend is to make sure you treat your customers well and give them exactly what they want. Word of mouth these days is very powerful and that in itself can do wonders for you.
Depending on your budget it might also not hurt to do a little bit of advertising to get your feet in the door. Once you start building your client base things will get easier down the road. There are probably many unknowns for you as well right now, but just stay focussed and motiviated and you should do fine. |

I should suggest to add a powerful logo in your website as well as your portfolio, the logos are important assets, its value increase if placed properly and it brings a consistent presence to your website and attracts viewers.
You should look for cost effective advertisement to promote it to the defined target market. |
