Stating a business for non-residents of theUS
Hi, I’m from Russia and I need your help.
I and my friend would like to open an offshore company with minimum tax liability, an account, 24 hours service, bookkeeping. I wonder what US state is more preferable? And whether it is possible to open an account without setting up a company. Any help is appreciated!
