I just wanted to find out out if anyone else has ever felt suspicious that certain affiliate schemes are guilty of not paying commission to affiliates when due.
I spent a month directing targeted traffic to a page on my website with two affiliate products advertised. I could see the number of clicks on each of the affiliate links was increasing dramatically but my confirmed sales stayed suspiciously at 0. Has anyone ever had anything like this before? Did you find out why?

You getting paid based on how many people bought something from the site you advertise? I though those type of things were mainly on click bases. It does seem suspicous. If click rate is high, someone had to buy something. Try contacting them.

If an editor belongs to an affiliate schemes they may try to add links that include affiliate tags of his choice so that each time the URL is accessed the editor might be benefited.
You should identify the abuse of the system and should report that to concerned authority. |
