Terms and Conditions

Hi

I am working on a new website and would like information on how to create terms and conditons. I am not willing to pay that much as the business has only started up.

any idea's?

Have a look at other sites t&c's and write your own using them as a base to work from.
You can probably find a "template" of sorts somewhere on the web as well if you get really stuck.

The same goes for privacy statements and disclaimers, but at the end of the day it's up to you.

Talking Great Website for Freelance Artists and New Businesses

I found an awesome resource for freelance and "new biz" designers. Annual memberships are only $19 or so and they have terms and condition statements, great links...check it out, you'll be impressed.

Also, here's a great start for your term and conditions statement.
