Webmaster Employment Contract - Please Review
I am a self-employed webmaster living in Budapest Hungary. I have an offer on the table to be a webmaster for a fairly large organization. One stipulation I made is that the first years salary (of 60K) is guaranteed to me - in writing. I was presented with a contract and would really appreciate some feedback on it from any who care to share their two-cents. The contract can be viewed at Employment Contract

Looks all pretty straight forward enough. Personally I wouldn't be happy with clause 8, as long as the work you do outside company time doesn't affect your work for them, or isn't for a competitor then you should be free to take on any extra work. Is the money they are offering good enough for you to live on or would you still need to do extra work?
