What's price for web site creation?
Should I offer 10 page website with own graphics for USD $ 49,99?? It's that expensive?
What I should do? thanks is advance.

That is really difficult to answer, especially without you providing a link to some work you have done in the past. It doesn't necessarily sound high. Pricing is always the hardest part of making money with web design. If you can get someone to pay that and you feel it is a good deal, then by all means charge that.
