What to do about a website not following reprinting guidelines
What can I do about a website not following reprinting guidelines for one of my articles.
I said on the article that it can only be used if there is an active link to my site. But one person has not linked to my site. Any ideas what I could do about this?

Have you tried writing to them & politely asking them to provide the link?

Yes
I have emailed the many times and "asked nicely"

Then it depends on how important it is to you. Talk to a lawyer. Get them to write a letter.
