where/how to get legal disclaimer
Hi! I was wondering where / how can I get a customized legal disclaimer? I have a website that allows people to share their personal stories, etc and before submitting, I require them to agree to a specific disclaimer that says they are aware that they gave me the right to publish their personal encounters, etc.
do i need to consult an attorney for that? |

You can always customize your own (if the orginal source was open), but if you make any mistakes you have no one to turn to.

By using a thing called a lawyer most likely. If you're starting a small site and you have some familiarity with law you can write your own. Such legal notices don't really need to use words like abjudicate and can be fairly plain English. Still, if you really want to cover your behind thoroughly there's no substitute for professional legal advice.
