Worker’s Comp. Insurance Certificate
My company A is signing contract to provide consultant to company B. COmpany B is asking for copy of Worker’s Comp. Insurance Certificate.
Do I need to have "Worker’s Comp. Insurance Certificate" or is it ok for Company A, not to have "Worker’s Comp. Insurance Certificate " as per rules of regular contracting/consulting. Thanks
