I run a news aggregator site. I pull in headlines (with permission) and display them on my site, and people click them to go to the original articles.

I have just started integrating Google Ads. I would LIKE to put an ad on my exit page, which redirects people to the clicked article after, say, a 4 or 5 seconds. This is a page, not a pop-up/under.

Google prohibits this:

However, SourceForge and possibly other sites, seem to be doing precisely this for their exit page for file downloads, e.g.

FileZilla download | SourceForge.net

So are they in breach, or am I confusing matters?
