Rayovac Expands Into Pet Business (Reuters)

Reuters - Rayovac Corp. , which is
diversifying beyond its mainstay battery business, on Tuesday
agreed to buy pet food and supplies company Tetra Holding GmbH
from a private equity group for just over $600 million.
