A good book on kdevelop and QT3?

a few days ago, I installed redhat 7.3, which comes with kde3 and QT3.

I decided to start learning and develop c++ apps on kdevelop. I also have to say that I am a mysql fun, and the very glad thing to see is the qtmysql libraries.

Any suggestion for a good book for kdevelop, qt , and good classes-function references??
