Accessing field names of structures

How to read a text file(containing hexadecimal numbers) into a structure?
Also how to display the field names and their values of the structure?
Note: Kindly give us a generic way of doing it.i.e., when there are many structures and many text files.

Not sure what you are looking for. You can't know at runtime what the name of the structure feilds are as they have been converted to memory locations by the compiler/assembler. If you want to be able to get that information you will have to write your code to be smart enough to provide it (classes are a big help in that). As for reading hex data, I presume you are refering to an ASCII representation of binary data? You can use fscanf to read in ASCII hex data into binary just like you can use fscanf to read in numeric data into binary.
