Accessing MS-Access records through C

Hello everybody,
Could anyone tell me how to access records in a MS-Access table through a C program.I have some knowledge of DB library but don't really know how to use it for MS-Access.Supposing there is a table in MS-Access having fields Id and Name.I want to be able to access these records and also add new records to this table through C programming.
