Advanced C programming Open-Source project that may involve money. Anyone interested?

My friend and I (Newish to C) are working on a project that involves a low-level C operating system running on a very basic hardware platform. We are modelling it on linux and need some help in coding the OS to run on very minimal hardware requirements.

Because money might be involved I can't say too much

The OS will be coded in C and run through a compiler for the hardware platform, making it slightly easier than programming the computer/device at a very low level.
