Any faster way to render array of line from circle

Hi
i Just wonder whether there is any faster math formula that can get an array of horizontal lines(start position of x, end position of x and the height Y) given that the centre of the circle is x = -1 and y = 2 and radius = 10.

my second question is that given that there are two circles and they are intersecting each other. is there any math formula can get an array of horizontal lines given that we know the centre of the two circle and radius of the two circles .

Faster than what?
You didn't post your 'slow' version to help us even to begin trying to figure out what 'fast' ought to be.
