C Most tricky Questions please answer
INSTEAD OF STARTING DISCUSSIONS @SALEM IS GIVING LINKS OF LAW THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USED HE IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION I AM ASKING AND IRRITATING ME WITH HIS COMMENTS. HENCEFORTH I DELETE MY QUESTION

How about YOU tell us what you think.
I mean, if I just tell you "both" and "b", would you just run off to teacher with the answers and be completely clueless until you got the marks back, only to find out that my guesses were no better than yours.
Also, if you can't figure these out (or at least post some kind of description of what you think the answers should be), then what are you going to do with next weeks homework (which will be that much harder).
Tell us what you think, and why, then we can help you with the reasoning to
- help you figure out this weeks homework
- put you in a much better position for tackling next weeks homework.

What are your co-workers and employer going to think when it seems all you're good for is warming the seat?
Interview questions are a pretty low bar just to separate the chancers from people who might know what they're talking about. The actual work will be much harder, and (importantly for you) cannot be found just by doing google searches.
In short, unless this is an "entry level, all training provided" position, failing to ace the interview questions should be of some concern to you.
