popup menu

Hello everybody!
I'm the newest member in this site. My name's Jame , I'm 16 . I want to make friend with everybody.
To day in my class, my teacher gives me an Exercise. I have to do an Application with C++. It has a Menu Popup , but now I'dont know what thing I have to do .Can you help me or send me some code ,some documents about it. Thanks you very much!!!

what do you mean by a popup menu? is this win32 you're speaking of? if so, here is an awesome site that has helped me a lot with plenty of code example to d/l.
