Simple Array Formating Question

Super simple question. What does %4i%14i do when inserted into a printf statement? I know what %i does, but from working with it, it seems the 4 and 14 do something with the formatting. However as I increased the numbers, they stopped formatting properly (an increase in 1 equals one more space over), or at least that's what it seemed like it was doing. Any help would be great! Thanks!

**** Nevermind figured it out. The second number adds on the number of spaces to the first number.*****
