Windows intermediate network driver dev..
Hi all, glad to have reached your forum.
I want to help in a project on developing a network driver for the windows platform(2000,XP==NDIS 5 and above). Our goal is to create an intermediate driver, that stands above the miniport and below the protocol drivers. Its functionality is to implement a sort of token ring logic, within the standard ethernet protocol.
I know I 'm asking for too much. But as I think that hope dies last, I searching for info to get me started.
I need all the information I can get. I have had a look on DDK (books+CD), and I must say THEY WEREN'T helpfull at all. Anything like windows kernel tutorials would be appreciated..Any suggestions on who to begin...
