ACCESS 2k DSN in CF admin

I am trying to add an Access 2k dB as DSN in CF Admin but it cannot be verified. However, after I converted the dB to Acess 97 format, the DSN was successfuly verified.
How can I get the original dB (in Access 2k) verified and added as DSN?

What version of Windows (if you are using Windows) and CF are you using? I know that with CFMX and Windows 2000/2003 there is no problem setting up an Access 2000 DSN.

Can you set up the same data source using the ODBC applet in the Windows control panel?
