I'm not totally sure if it is officially frowned upon or not. That said, if this is a real job offer and not just some headhunter combing for resumes, I'll allow it for now. Post the job in the Hire a Programmer forum and then if you wish you can post a note here to notify people about the original posting and provide a link to that post if you choose.
This is with the caveat that if it turns into spam or people start abusing it then this policy will be reversed. Regards, Brian
