CF administration question
I have 4.5 version of CF. A bit old, i know
![]() Previous administrator has set logging of variables into registry, so it has reached size of over 60MB. I have changed setting to log into cookies and to delete entries after 5 days. On CF administration page i have read that it deletes entries "periodaically", but i am interestd in two things: 1. since i have changed settings to log variables into cookies will it still check and delete old entries from registry ? 2. what does "periodically" menas - how long does it take for CF server to delete them from registry? Thnaks. |

1) NEVER ever ever let CF write client variable data to the registry. Use a database or don't use client variables at all. But I believe it *should* clear out the old data.
2) No idea what periodically means...probably every few days.
