CF MX demands NT-Login for webusers
When updating from Cold Fusion 5 to MX 6.1 the application demands web users to login to NT..
Server: Stand alone win2000 iis5 with the latest updates from MS on an intranet. We remeber that there was something similar problem with CF ver 5 but we cant remember the solution. As soon someone try to reach even the simplyest page that ends with .cfm ... the NT-login screen appear. .htm files works all fine In this page there is one suggestion: http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6.1/htmldocs/config24.htm#wp1162492 I can see that it is set as "local system account" now.. but what account shall i change to? IUSR_xxxx or IWAM_xxxx or what??? Wery confusing, ideas someone? |

This is a Windows issue.
Yes, you need to give read permissions to IUSER_XXXX or Everyone for your wwwroot directory. |
