Oh, what I meant wasn't submitting a bug through the form, I meant actually opening up a true support incident with Macromedia Support (complimentary or paid incident). I've had to open a few over the years and I've *never* had it end with "oh well we don't know what the problem is and can't fix it". They have always come up with a fix or designated it as as a bug and tracked it as such. More than once I've actually been put in contact with their high level engineers, the guys who actually write the CFMX engine in Java. I would think that they should have been able to assist.

But anyway, yes, it's in the past. As long as one way or the other it's working now, that's what's important!
