Database driven menu/sub menu

Does anyone know of a good resource that explains how to create a ColdFusion database driven menu with parents, and multiple child levels which allow the parents to be expanded and collapsed if childs exists under the parent?

It's really more of a UI question than a CF question. You can Google for numerous JavaScript menu options, or you can just look into cfmenu.
