DateDiff
I was wondering if you could do this with seconds..
I have a page that sets the current time in the URL then redirects it to a second page.. then compares the time now with the URL.. if its more then 5 seconds -yada yada, if its less - lalala... how can i do this if not with datediff? |

So why not looking for that information in the LiveDocs.
http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6/CFML_Reference/functions-pt158.htm#1103187 All possible inout values are listed there. |

You certainly can use dateDiff to determine the difference between two time values in seconds. And as Black Adder stated, please at least try to check the documentation before you post a question like this!
