Dynamic Directory Listings

What I want to do is create a listing of all files and folders that reside under a particular directory - of course i would like this to be dynamic so that when new documents are added they display. I'd also like to attach the date each was submitted and the file type as additional columns.

My question - Is this possible, and if so where should I begin?

Hi - yes, this is possible.

I would read up on the <CFDIRECTORY> tag. Everything you need should be available there.
