Email form with attachment

Hello

I am extremely new to cold fusion and hope someone can help.

I have a basic cf form that contains 2 textboxes and a textarea. I would like to include an upload box so users can attach a file. I don't need it stored on the server or anything just sent to the email address along the the other data.

Perhaps someone could point me to a tutorial or offer some advice.
