Error Establishing Socket Help!

Hey all,
I have a rather confusing problem. I just installed and ran the windows XP service pack 2 update and now i get the following error when i try to query my database:

[Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver]Error establishing socket. Connection refused: connect

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?!

Please help, thanks
DjPizat

This doesn't have anything to do with ColdFusion. But the problem is probably that SP2 won't run SQL Server unless you've applied Service Pack 3 to your SQL Server installation. Either that or the XP firewall is blocking it.

What solved your problem? Turning off the firewall or installing SP3?

Thanks in advance!

Either one would work. But the recommended solution is to install SP3 for SQL Server.
