Linking CGI.SCRIPT_name to index.cfm
When I USE cgI.script_name as form action attribute during validation,how can I LINK it to my Index page in such a way that when a user clicks submit, he will be directed to my index page?

I don't understand what you're asking. Why don't you just make the form action URL be "index.cfm"?
