Question MS Excel

How do I read and update data in MS Excel/Access from cold fusion or javascript? Any suggestions?

Your question seems kind of vague. If you are talking about how you can access your database using coldfusion then you will need to go to your coldfusion adminstrator and login. From there click the Data Sources link under Data and Services and setup your database that way it can be included in coldfusion so you can access it (aka read and write to it depending on what you do). Hope this helps.
