multiple forms with tabs
hi,
i am asked to develop an interface for the users who wants to buy multiple products from different categories. i am thinking of implementing multiple forms with some tabs on the top. of course, tab names will come from a <cfquery> as well as the product names. did anyone do something similar to this ? if so, how do i start? |

by the way, a good example would be the new <cfform> at CF MX 7 with the tabs

I would just use a shopping cart system and have the user browse through the different categories. You don't want to put everything up there at once, it clouds and confuses them.

thanks bocmaxima. it's just that they purchase in packages . something like 1 of this 2 of that 3 of another and %80 of the information is common, sometimes they put comments and so forth which is different. also, this is only for an intranet application.
