Many of the search results explain how to read a Word document using POI, so I'm not really sure what you want to know.

Well if you're asking for someone to write a bunch of regular expressions to parse out text in the converted word document, that's not going to happen, since what you're asking for may very well be quite complex. So you probably want to either read a book or tutorial on regular expressions, or contact someone who knows how to write complex regex and hire them to help you. In other words, what you're asking for isn't something that you're going to have done for you over a help forum.

Well since I have no idea what the format of the data is in, it's impossible to offer "similar code" other than to point you to a regex tutorial like this or recommend trying out a regex tool like Expresso.
