Random Debugging Pop-up *PIC*
Hi guys,
This is driving me crazy and I've searched all around and didn't find anyone else with this problem. Very randomly on random pages, I get a pop-up window for ColdFusion MX Debugging. It comes and goes though, and I can't figure out why. I turned off Debugging in CF and don't know why this happens, then goes away, then comes back  Dont know if there is enough info, but I attached a pic so help if you can

It sounds to me like the "dockable" debug output format is enabled. If the debugging is disabled in the CF administrator, the only other way to get debug output to show up is to use <cfsetting> with showDebugOutput set to true. So I'd do a global search for cfsetting.
